I’m not dodging anything. The union’s job is to look after all the pilots ON PROPERTY by enforcing the CBA that they have negotiated with the company. Of course I’m not saying our CBA shouldn’t make this place attractive to prospective pilots, but that wasn’t the point. We were talking about where the responsibility lies for PROSPECTIVE first year pilots.

So you are arguing that first year pilots AREN’T on property? That is flat out ridiculous. OF COURSE first year pilots are ON PROPERTY. I have never once objected to NK not paying money to PROSPECTIVE pilots - not that I’m aware of them ever doing that.
But seriously, you are maintaining that first year pilots, flying in the right seat beside you, are not on property? Seriously?
