I’m not dodging anything. The union’s job is to look after all the pilots ON PROPERTY by enforcing the CBA that they have negotiated with the company. Of course I’m not saying our CBA shouldn’t make this place attractive to prospective pilots, but that wasn’t the point. We were talking about where the responsibility lies for PROSPECTIVE first year pilots.

You stated this very well. ExCargo has nothing but time to spend on these forums and this is a drum he has been banging since he said he would never work here because of the first year pay, yet here he is. Ironic, isn’t it?
I won’t waste my time with him.
