I think it is smart for anyone new here to do some research and consider leaving. Every airline is the same now, we are no longer special and it is mostly a function of retirements and movement.

Although I heard a rumor that anyone over 35 hired now at Delta won’t be able to hold WB captain because they have been hiring so many over the last 10 years. Again, I have no idea if this is correct, but if you do your research I’m sure you can find out which place works.

Anyway, I’ve just passed 11 years, still unable to upgrade and I wistfully think of what could have been if I had a crystal ball 11 years ago. Now I’m stuck with it, so lets make it the best stepping stone airline we can make it huh!!!!! Haha
