Had the same experience myself in Paris. Proud posessor of an Air Chance Business Class ticket, I was told no frequent flyer miles because it was a discounted ticket that FedEx paid only 15% of the regular fare price!
The e-mail I had from Corp Trav indicated otherwise (their tickets must be wicked expensive, all I have to say!)!
