The company already provides PS commutes when it's tight aka expensive. Our reserve rules are almost there, just need a few more hours and some help in the short call and field standby areas. You're right about double pay though. That's too much. I'd take 15% annual cost of living increases for the next five years, an accumulated downgrade that meets you more than half way.
