Being a female has always made me work extra hard to keep up with my pilot brethren etc. I am just surprised to have the door slammed in my face by such a subjective, impersonal screening. I am ranting here, I know. I answered with my gut instinct, and was honest. Maybe too honest lol. I was consistent, or so I thought. Good luck to all those who made it past this crazy screening, and to those that have yet to embark, I wish you the best. Hoping to hear back from the other players I have my apps in at and will hope for better results.

As a high performing / highly successful career pilot, it can be quite a blow. Just realize most any “negative” can be turned around into a positive, especially when it comes to hiring - here or elsewhere. Keep a healthy perspective in future interviews, and you’ll have a great story to show resilience.
If another major hires you in the interim, just remember you can still get hired here later.
But still, it sucks. Sorry for that. Best of luck.
