Not taking a side either way & just gonna throw this out there…There’s now Federal case law where employees in non right to work states don’t have to pay union dues and still can maintain employment and if fired afterward, can sue all parties for wrongful termination. See link:

Do any of those lawsuits pertain to individuals employed under the railway labor act? Because it takes precedent over state labor laws.
