Funny part is the longer overnight length requirement for a long stay was something we (NC) approached the company with. The company did not want that, “we” apparently wanted that. This is from a NC member at the road shows last time.

We essentially, but not literally, told the company “hey, how about we save you guys some money and just take hotel shuttles more often and stay at airport hotels more often, versus those downtown stays”.

I am hoping this time it’s a “hey remember how we went to some crazy overnight layover requirement for a long stay,
maybe we overshot that a little.” But something tells me it won’t be free, like it was when we gave it to them
