At NK, 2.8K current pilots, and 1.8K WILL BE STILL THERE IN 2041, so 64% RS without growth (21 year upgrade). To get the same seniority we need to get 6700 pilots on the property, some growth will happen, but no guarantees, age 65 is a way safer bet. And you have to take WB into account, the reason UA, DL and AA have 3 year upgrades vs WN 11 years (what we will see at some point...), is that they have different fleets. You can sling gear once a month in the 777, or sit in the right left seat on reserve into LGA 4 times a day. But still, 3 out of those 4 seats pay better than what we pay.
