I'm looking to do the I-5 drive from home as my family actually enjoys spending time with me. So best QOL options short vs long term to get me driving to SEA? Welcome! SEA has 220 and 737 bases that can be had pretty much immediately. The ER is a touch more senior but still accessible within short order. The ER also has the benefit of getting to fly with awesome captains like 20Fathoms

SEA 320 should open next year, though that may happen in tandem with the drawdown of the ER category. Long term, Seattle has a healthy 330 category that offers great QOL.
