Too many negative people in this industry.

This program can’t be seen as anything other than a huge win for new hire pilots at endeavor. Once this is signed, we will have given up absolutely nothing to gain a new flow program that can be a backup to getting in somewhere off the street. And it’s contractual. It’s not perfect and I wish it didn’t include the off the street interview provision, but yesterday I didn’t have a flow whether or not I interviewed with delta off the street, so it’s still better than nothing.

If you want to go to delta or any other mainline, your best bet is still to get as much PIC turbine time as you can as quickly as possible, and nothing about this really changes that. But no flow program would change that.
