Agreed. I think/hope progression under CAP will be closer to 5 years than 8 or 9 as pilots continue to leave early for other airlines as well as flows. Barring another covid type setback, that is.
Kforekyle has been one of the most persistently negative and pessimistic voices on this forum. I think his agenda is to discourage anyone from coming here so that the company feels pressure to offer retention payments etc. Unfortunately it's pretty transparent. Endeavor is still as good as it gets at the regional level, and our MEC will continue to negotiate for improvements as time goes on.
