Passengers love a Skywest E-175 over an Alaska 737. And with two options instead of one. They like it even better. Roomier seats, no middle seats, same inflight service…A solid win…I hear it from friends and family. Passengers have no sense and no care about the company that actually operate the flight…..One of the things that Alaska Airlines inc. never does is have a conversation to, for or about their employees. Even on the company access only “news” outlet it is written for the non-employee.
