The difference is the company CC card. Receipts are required by IRS for corporations books. Take the company CC card away and you get treated like a AA, UA or DL pilot. You also lose the privilege of the company CC card provides. Plus we do charters to places that require the need for the CC. Our operation is completely different than those others. Ask them if they can purchase tickets on their own company CC card. Ask them if they can rent cars on a company CC card. Ask them if they can do a hotel in lieu of a DHD and put it on a company CC card. You get it yet. We have a company CC card for a reason and it for operational need as well a perks we get by having it.
I agree on the hotel example when the company books it. The other examples above when YOU do it then its on you to be a big boy and turn in receipts since you chose to use those privileges and the IRS requires documentation.
