I only mentioned scheduled hotel reservations in my post referring to Delta and the other airlines. If it’s a scheduled activity whether ground transportation, airline travel, or hotel, then travel or crew scheduling should arrange payment whether it’s a contract hotel or not. Anything outside of scheduled activities is a totally different conversation.
