FedEx and UPS is great but again you will be flying domestic for a while before getting to fly international and you will have to revert to flying domestic again once you upgrade. Of course, FedEx and UPS is the top tear and I would try them too, but I actually like the ACMI type of flying. I like to commute or travel to work once and then have a bunch of days off and never worry about commuting if needed. I like the idea that as a junior pilot I can still fly to great destinations without waiting for your seniority to get to a certain % to be able to do it (FedEx (unless you are base in Colongne Germany, HK is gone... move to OAK), UPS, and the big pax... you will not have that chance, you have to wait for a long time).
Can’t speak for UPS but this is just straight up false for FedEx. New hires have been going to the 777 and MD in MEM and ANC and doing tons of international flying right off IOE. With the closure of HKG there will be much more on the 767 in OAK as well.
