AAG will fix it. Delta and AA are in contract negotiations I think both contracts will address seniority to mainline from respective regional feed. To big of a problem to ignore. Some pilots may balk at a staple or longevity credit, but they want a contract in the middle of Covid, and it’s a freebie for them to give. If there is one list, there are 0 threats to adding 4 seats to large RJs, and 5 to 65 seaters, keep block ratio same or improve it, and only on planes they have direct seniority too. The fleet generates more revenue.

Kirby is setting United up to upgrade RJs swapping a 70 seat 170 for a 70 seat 175, makes no sense unless you plan to go to the mattresses over adding 6-10 seats at a later date.
