This is the exact debate that was happening in 2016 with some people thinking a secret deal was in the works and others calling those people naive and insisting ZW was as good as dead. And then, wouldn't you know it, there was a secret deal. The circumstances this time around are very similar in that the prospects look bleak but pilots are also a very valuable commodity again so I could see it going either way. That being said, if I were just entering the industry I would be very leery about taking the risk of coming here and having to stress about the future of the company.
