O.k. I'll try an offer a suggestion to a Windoz user... Please note, I am not a normal user, so please forgive my ignorance. First off, does MS Exchange use the ICAL format? Can you "subscribe" to an external calendar? I know Microsoft's Vista Calendar program supports this, but I'm not sure about MS Exchange. I also don't use the Microsoft version of BidX, but if your calendar program allows you to subscribe to .ics files, I would suggest e-mailing the BidX guy, and asking if the "Export to iCal" function exists or could be made available to the Windows version as an "Export to an ICAL file." It should be a very easy addition, and he is usually very good at adding features to the program. Again, it might already be a feature. This would allow you to import your line directly into your calendar. (At least it would work in Vista's calendar.)

If you don't have/use/want BidX,or if MS Exchange is the same proprietary calendar format like Outlook uses, which does not use the standard ICAL format, I have but one other solution...

There is an electronic logbook program out there, "Airline Pilot's Daily Logbook" which is a Palm and Windows Mobile logbook program. This program has a great "Schedule importer" feature, in which, you select "FedEx" from the airline, and cut/paste your pairing, then "Import" the trip. The program then lets you export that trip into a .xml file for PocketPC, or as a .pdb file for Palm. You can then sync your Palm/PocketPC, then sync it again, and it comes up in your Outlook calendar.

Again, I'm not sure how MS Exchange handles calendar data, but you might play with the importer provided by APDL, and use the PocketPC option, and play with that .xml file, and who know, maybe MS Exchange can import that .xml file.

The importer link is:

Good luck!
