I’m going in on Dec 15th for a one day Orientation event. I got an email from Training about most likely not starting till end of Jan, early Feb. That being said, seniority starts Dec 15th. Does my company seniority going to hold more weight than Cadets? Possibly won’t even matter, since I’m probably not the only in the same boat. But to me it seems training is backed up a bit.
Your orientation will be arranged in cadets, previous 121, then oldest to youngest. So only if you get mixed at indoc with an orientation class after yours will you go ahead of a cadet from the later orientation, because you are comparing date of hire rather than cadet vs non-cadet status.
