The augmented rest rules mean you often get a good chunk of time off every time you touch your domicile, and they will buy you a ticket home if it's more than 48 hours. If you commute to ANC from SEA for example, it can mean a few extra days at home per month.
?????? You have a 60 day pattern broken up into 5 blocks? That would be the only way to get to 34 work days at 8 or less a pop. I have never seen a line like that.

And there seems to be a lot of overselling people on this greater than 48 hours in base due to heavy rest. I have had that exactly 1 time in 9 years. Scheduling is very aware of it and will usually change the pattern to avoid those layovers in base. I was just extended out to 20 days involuntarily on my last mid pattern block of 17 days on a two month line. That is much more what people should expect if they decide to come here.
