I called Delta Pilot Selection, they didn't have an answer. I called the background check company and they gave me a different Delta e-mail to try. Sent them an e-mail yesterday and haven't heard back today. I guess it's possible that it's just not done. I'll give it a couple days I figure calling them incessantly doesn't do anything.
Don't wait too long. I was one of the “forgotten children” with the third party vendor. I stayed on them three days straight and finally got someone on the phone to tell me they just never submitted my packet back to DAL. That was 11am, and around 1330 I had my indoc email. Just be careful with them and don’t just take the first answer you’re given. I’ve heard it’s not been a very happy marriage between the vendor and DAL.
