Could anyone here comment on training failures. I had an outlier failure on an oral almost 5 years ago. Only one I’ve had in 15 years of being at the airlines. There’s a question on the talent acquisition form that asks if you’ve had anything in the previous 5 years. I’m assuming this is a trigger regarding a call for an interview.

I’m wondering the same. I failed my new hire ATP oral at my airline a little over 4 years ago. Plus I got a line check unsat almost a year ago due to a cut instead of folded medical. So I unfortunately had to check yes to that question. And my app has been under review for a long time. Have a feeling that question is preventing movement forward.
However my internal rec over there also unsat a line check due to an iPad not running the right IOS version and it didn’t prevent him from getting onboard. Precovid however.
