However, I do agree with you, this isn’t something we should be wasting negotiating capital on. Every pilot should just wear the crap that’s issued (new hires take the donations from other pilots) and maybe the chief pilots will solve the uniform problem on their own. Imagine how great our crews would look if everyone was in their wonderful “world class” huge billowing shirts and baggy pants from the vendor. That is, if they even send you the correct order in the first place which also seems to be a challenge.
