Could anyone here comment on training failures. I had an outlier failure on an oral almost 5 years ago. Only one I’ve had in 15 years of being at the airlines. There’s a question on the talent acquisition form that asks if you’ve had anything in the previous 5 years. I’m assuming this is a trigger regarding a call for an interview.

I have 1 LOE failure from 2017 and just got the email to do the phone screen. I do have 4 internal letters of recommendation. I applied way back in April or May. I had almost given up hope and then I got an email 10 days ago asking me to update my hours. Shortly after I got an email to schedule the phone screen coming up this Friday.
