Uniform allowance as a monthly stipend vs 18 months is low hanging fruit that we should not even think about.
Crew meals are worthless just as our uniform resupply at 18 months is, majority of us don’t want it (eat it) and do our own thing for uniforms and food.
$20 a month is about the equivalent of a little more 25 cents an hour at guarantee. If you feel like that’s time well spent at the table, so be it. I’m sure Bendo would much rather spend time at the table discussing $15 vs $20 a month at the table vs LTD offsets, health care, 18% DC, and top pay that actually surpasses other Airbus operators
I agree besides the low hanging fruit idiom. I don’t think
anything will be given up by the company easily, even if it makes more sense than current book.
