You credit for the month starts with whatever you are awarded in your monthly bid, and if below, bumped up to guarantee (not likely to happen). From that point, any trade (other crew member), swap drop ,add (open time), the credit for those trips will be added/subtracted from your initial monthly credit. Your last day of the month paycheck is for half guarantee (36 hours), your 15th day pay check is for 36 hours +/- all your transactions from the previous month. If you fly your 80 hour line in September, and drop to 0 in October, on the 15th of October you get your extra hours for September so (72/2)+(80-72)=44 hours. on the 15 0f November you get your "extra" hours for October (72/2)+(0-72)=-72, so you owe the company 72 hours of pay. For me it was subtracted of my next check...
