More people we get the less mandatory 20 day extensions there will be. New union with a good track record and consistent growth and expansion year over year. Yes, plenty of downsides here too but looking at ACMI it’s a well kept secret, compared to a lot of places the company culture is good and potential for growth is very good. Worth a look over Atlas and others for sure.
Just from sheer curiosity, why worth a look over Atlas and others? To me sounds like more work days for less money? Whats the secret sauce?
