It depends how much you play the game and how long it takes you to get out of OE. But a safety bet is around
90-95k 1st
125-135 2nd
140-150 3rd
160-180 4th
It also depends on the plane, base and how relative senior are you. If you stay in Nyc, your relative seniority will skyrocket compared to other places.
Hopefully, we will get PS in 2023 and a new contract in the next couple of yrs.
