Rumor has it we’ll be going back to in-person interviews and sim evaluations in the next few months. There’s been many new hires that have required extra training and it’s costing the company close to double their normal training budget since they’ve gone to Zoom interviews.
Ironically, most new-hires that have required extra training didn’t have internal recommendations either, they were pilots hired by our HR and retired NURP interview staff. Atlanta is well aware and the training folks in SDF are hoping for a more pilot-involved recommendation process. It’s been well received in ATL so far.
