You have a myopic attitude, learn to play the long game and it’ll benefit you… With that being said, the company does have a problem and I’m sure they’re aware of it, but it’s their problem. 2022 is going to be interesting. Lots of FO’s with cjo’s and they need to hire a ton for growth and even more now for unplanned attrition. Numbers were 900 newbs for 2022. Hope the 319s stay and don’t get retired do to a lack of staffing.
