Clearly there's problems on the AA side, I'm interviewing for the United 175. That's what i'm trying to get the details on. Training backlog, upgrade, attrition, seniority in IAH. Any info on this front?
Biggest issue is we’re still not really upgrading on the CRJ side. There’s a few here and there, which to me is crazy because we’re definitely short staffed everywhere. So the ERJ is currently being filled with both ERJ and CRJ upgrades, and even a couple CA to CA transfers each month. The good thing is that there’s tons of movement on the United side, it’s just a big bottleneck.
