Internal recs are a series of questions employees can answer about you. They’re invisible to you unless your rec sends you screenshots of what they submit, from what I understand you need to ensure your home address and address used on your rec are the exact same. I had 3 recs submitted prior to app locking, got screenshots of them, but besides that it was transparent to me.
