Compass Project? You'll have to ask the AA guys cuz this aint mainline, mate.

In reality, US Regional Airline Training programs are designed to turn 1,000 CFIs into reasonably competent FOs. No extra knowledge required.

Depending on how different your Country's regulations are to the State's, you'd be WAY better off getting a copy of 'Everything Explained for the Professional Pilot' and reading it several times.

If you've never had any introduction to large aircraft systems, get 'The Turbine Pilot's Flight Manual as well.
