This being my first 121, I was not sure what to expect for scheduling and bidding and being able to mange my own schedule (coming from corporate). For personal reasons, I normally have to be home Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings, so having heard about schedule flexibility, immediately caught my attention about NK, but just wanted to have an insight about what I can really expect once I’m able to hold a line. So basically, I really don’t mind what kind of trip pairings I get, or start/end times, as long as I have those days and times at home.
