This issue needs to be addressed and not just talked about. The Union and the company both know. I’m sure they’re on top of it. I don’t think the company necessarily is trying to save 5k from a few new hires. Def not vouching for the company either. It’s a wrong first impression. You can’t talk about culture then go shaft the same new hire. Unfortunate some people can’t financially plan. I’m glad this is the only thing that happened instead of the guys at the legacies that got furloughed just last year, Could you imagine? Best of luck elsewhere if it makes sense.
