All I do is train CFIs. If someone comes in knowing their stuff, 3 weeks. 2 is a stretch, but doable if you know what to expect from a particular examiner. Being a competent CFI in that short amount of time is a different story entirely. YMMV and nothing is absolutely, obviously. This is from what I’ve seen and experienced.
