After 5 years at PSA you get a seniority number at AA. Even if we still “flowed” folks at 10/month to be able to go fly at mainline I bet people would stick around.
That would need to be negotiated in the CBA with APA. “Not no, but HELL NO,” is the phrase that comes to mind. Why should they give seniority numbers to people not on property or paying them dues?
