I've kind of gotten the impression that the corporate jobs which offer great pay, bennies, schedule, AND stability make up maybe 5% of the industry.
The last line about hits the nail on the head! I've been doing corporate for almost 10 years and I'm lucky - most corporate clients are a 5 year deal and keep in mind the old saying - When the money goes away, the luxuries go away in alphabetical order - airplanes, boats, cars, etc. We lost two of three clients after 9/11!
