Hello - I recently received a thanks, but no thanks from Envoy. 2100 TT, 60 ME. About 100 hours in the past 12 months. Negative CFI/ATP. I was a bit surprised because I thought the TT and ME would get me an interview. Does anyone know what the reason might be for the decline? Those numbers should get you an interview at any regional.

If you had an interview, how did you conduct yourself? We’re you prepared for the tech questions and and personable during the HR review? Any less than professional conduct with ANYONE at ANYTIME during the invite and interview process is likely to get you eliminated. As the management is fond of saying, “expect scrutiny”.
