Yeah there’s got to be more to it. We’re back to the “do you have a pulse” days of 2016/2017.
We always joke about that and it is mostly true. However it doesn't change the basic rule that there is sometimes no logical rhyme or reason to hiring and pilots who seen eminently qualified will be denied for reasons unknown.
