That’s a difficult question to answer. While NK isn’t retiring very many there is substantial attrition among the junior FOs and (more rarely) junior CAs to other carriers. How much and how long that may continue in the future is anyone’s guess. Outside of that, the controlling factor is the addition of more aircraft.
