So I am not saying this should be the top of the list of things you need to "fix" in your contract, just trying to give a data point so you know where we all stand on what is the industry norm ... or industry lead... or industry lag...

As has been discussed I think UA is in the "lag" part when it comes to reserve rules. Which is obviously just a little more important than crew meals.
