I returned from a two day reserve assignment today and checked my schedule in MiCrew at the gate. It still showed LC for the rest of the day. Tomorrow (18th) is a day off (IVD) followed by 4 days on call. At some point today, I was placed into designated rest upon the completion of my rotation but I didn’t get a notification of any kind. They obviously want to ensure my 30 hour clock is reset. My question is whether this rest is legal (towards my 30 hours) since I wasn’t notified about it.
myCrew is not official for the schedule check. Has to be iCrew or call the VRU. You have to enable MyCrew to show rest periods in the settings. It’s possible it was there for your required schedule check but you wouldn’t see it in MyCrew if it isn’t enabled.
