1. Is a proper schedule check without any sort of CNO legal for rest notification?

2. Can this schedule check happen anytime after block in or does one have to wait until 30 minutes after?

3. Is there a way to see a time stamp of when rest was placed on one’s schedule?
Can’t answer all your questions, but for #1, yes, they assume you are complying with your obligation to check your schedule after your last leg blocks in, using icrew. That is your notification.

iCrew also contains rest information beyond the R on your schedule but it isn’t obvious. I honestly don’t even remember how to find it, but there is expanded data on when those rest periods begin and end…not sure if it shows when the rest was added to your schedule.
