Spirit isn't really hiring CFI's - if the time comes when they decide it's advantageous to CFI's it will probably be in a collaborative program with the "best and brightest" a la Frontier's partnerships or JetBlue's gateway program.
Currently they are far away from that - 2500-3000 with 121 time being competitive.
