I went missed at 0200 at 200' on a clear day because another plane couldnt get off the runway. Needless to say it wasnt something we were expecting and briefed. I was with a check airman, I was flying, and by the time we got the gear up we had numerous radio calls and instructions with climb to missed approach altitude. He was asses and elbows trying to keep up and find the missed altitude. If we would have set it before hand it would not have been a problem, but we have to reinvent the wheel...
