Under the new TA, yes. However most of your days off will be in two day blocks so it will be hard to use those without touching reserve days and running into 117 issues. You should be able to have a couple of days in the middle of your longer stretch where you can pick up with no issues. Once a month you will get 4+ days off in a stretch.
