I have no problem with the withhold thing, although I agree it is kinda pointless in its current form. It makes sense for certain positions (LCA, sim instructors) but just all pilots…not sure it’s helping.

From what I was told, flows bid their aircraft separately from the rest of their class, so drops here do not include them because they bid their aircraft at a different time.
