If you had watched the whole interview, you'd know that that "I don't think so" is in response to Gary Kelly telling Congress that filtration systems were adequate enough for COVID safety.
If you had continued before your head exploded, he says:

You know, despite the fatalism and best efforts by some Americans to keep COVID going forever, it will someday be gone. Every pandemic has a lifespan.
